'D' Clinic (Gynaec, Genitourinary & Others)

Patients with gynaecological and urological cancers and cancer of the unknown primary are evaluated, staged and treated in the 'D' clinic. Common female cancers, including cancers of uterine cervix, ovary and endometrium, and common male cancers, including cancers of prostate, bladder and kidney, are evaluated here. Radiation treatment is of exceptionally high quality with the introduction of Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy under image guidance. The outpatient clinics are conducted 6 days a week. This clinic takes care of approximately 17% of the new cases registered annually.
